Terms of service

The service

Up’n’Top checks websites you add and shows the results. By using it you agree to these terms.

The service is provided by Denis Malov s.p., Mlinska ulica 22, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia (tax number 14795914, registration number 7306024000). Contact: support@upntop.com.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use Up’n’Top. If you use it for a company or another organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity in your organization and for adding only sites you have the right to check.

Plans, fees and payment

Up’n’Top has a free plan and paid plans. The current plans, their limits and prices are on the pricing page. Prices do not include VAT or other taxes, which are added where the law requires.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and you are charged for the next one until you cancel.

If a payment fails, your plan stays as it is for 14 days while you update the payment method. After that the organization moves to the free plan; nothing is deleted.

If we change prices, the new price applies from your next billing period, and we tell you by email in advance. You can cancel before it takes effect.

While Up’n’Top is in beta, payments are closed and every organization gets the limits of the Agency plan free of charge. These payment terms apply once paid plans open; we will tell you before that happens.

Free trial

A new organization can try the Pro plan for 14 days, once, without a card. When the trial ends, the organization moves to the free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in Billing, without contacting support. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then moves to the free plan. Your data is not deleted.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Write to support@upntop.com; we refund the unused part of the period. By starting to use a paid plan at once, you ask us to provide the service during the withdrawal period.

Apart from that, amounts already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or in the cases listed in the Refund policy: https://upntop.com/refunds.

Integrations

You can connect third-party accounts, such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics, if you have the right to share their data with your organization. Data is shown to all members of the organization. You can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack, overload or scan sites you do not own or have permission to check, or to break the law.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that results are complete. Data from third parties, including Google, may be delayed or incomplete.

Third-party data

IP data by DB-IP (https://db-ip.com), licensed under CC BY 4.0: country and network of a site’s server address. The list of addresses that distribute malware is provided by URLhaus (abuse.ch, https://urlhaus.abuse.ch).

Google data

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, Up’n’Top reads your data with read-only permissions and uses it as described in the “Use of Google user data” section of the Privacy policy (https://upntop.com/privacy), including the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time on the Integrations page or at myaccount.google.com/permissions; revoking stops the data flow and the stored data is deleted as described there.

You may connect only Search Console properties and Analytics accounts you are entitled to share with your organization, and you are responsible for that right. Do not connect a Google account on behalf of someone who has not authorized you to do so.

Data

How we handle data is described in the Privacy policy, including the use of Google user data.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Please write to support@upntop.com first — most issues are solved there. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
