Subprocessors
Updated: November 4, 2026
Who processes data for us
Up’n’Top is operated by Denis Malov s.p. (Maribor, Slovenia). Your data is hosted within the European Union (Germany). We use the following service providers (subprocessors). Each works under a data processing agreement and receives only what it needs for its task.
| Provider | Purpose | Location | Can it see your sites’ data? |
|---|---|---|---|
| IONOS SE | Server hosting and databases | Germany (EU) | Yes: it stores the data as our host and does not use it |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | DNS and network protection | Global network; company in the USA | Only in transit; not stored |
| Backblaze, Inc. (B2) | Encrypted backups | EU (Amsterdam, Netherlands) | No: backups are encrypted before upload, Backblaze has no key |
| Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. | Payments (once paid plans open) | Ireland (EU); Stripe group in the USA | No: only billing details |
Account emails and notifications are sent from our own mail server in Germany, not through a third-party email provider.
Services you connect
Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Telegram, Slack, webhooks and other integrations are connected by you and receive or send data on your instruction. They are not our subprocessors; their own terms apply.
Transfers outside the EU
Where a provider or its group is outside the EU, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Changes
We update this page before we add or replace a subprocessor, and change the date above. Agencies that need advance notice for their clients can ask at support@upntop.com; we will email them at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts, and they may object under the Data processing agreement: https://upntop.com/dpa.
