Refund policy
Updated: November 3, 2026
Billing cycle
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Prices are on the pricing page and do not include taxes.
While Up’n’Top is in beta, payments are closed and no one is charged. This policy applies once paid plans open.
Cancel any time
Cancel in Billing, in a few clicks; you do not need to call or write to support. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the organization moves to the free plan. We do not charge you again.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Write to support@upntop.com from the email of your account. We refund the unused part of the period within 14 days, to the card you paid with.
When we refund in full
You were charged by mistake, or charged twice for the same period.
A paid feature was unavailable for a long time because of a fault on our side, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
Write to support@upntop.com within 30 days of the charge. In other cases, amounts already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
After a downgrade
When an organization moves to a lower plan or to the free plan, sites above the new limit stop being checked (they are frozen); the newest sites are frozen first, and owners can choose which sites stay active. Nothing is deleted: the history, settings and results stay, and everything resumes when you move back to a higher plan.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your plan stays as it is for 14 days and we remind the owners by email. After that the organization moves to the free plan, as after a downgrade.
