Data deletion
Updated: October 26, 2026
What you can delete
Up’n’Top stores your account (email, name), your organization, the sites you add, the results of their checks and the connections you make to other services, such as Google. You can delete all of it yourself, at any time, without asking us.
Disconnect Google
Sign in, open Integrations and choose Disconnect on the Google connection. We revoke the token at Google and immediately delete the connection and all data received through it. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored statistics are then deleted after 30 days unless the connection is restored.
Delete a site
Owners and admins can delete a site in its settings. Its checks, results and connected statistics are deleted from the live database; copies in backups disappear as the backups rotate.
Delete an organization or your account
Owners can delete the organization in its settings. All its sites, members’ access, connections, tokens and data are deleted from the live database; copies in backups disappear as the backups rotate.
Ask us to delete it
Write to support@upntop.com from the email of your Up’n’Top account, or send your confirmation code if you already have one. We answer within 30 days and normally delete the data within a few days. If we cannot delete something, we tell you why.
Check the status of a request
If you were given a confirmation code, open this page with it: https://upntop.com/data-deletion?code=<confirmation code>. The status appears above. More about the data we keep is in the Privacy policy.
