- Form test: on a site you have confirmed, and only with your consent, a test request goes through the form — HubSpot forms included — and we check that the email arrives.
- Analytics tags on every checked page: a tag that vanished from a new landing page, or a page view counted twice.
- Pages hidden from search: a noindex tag, or a robots.txt rule that closes the whole site or important pages.
- Broken links and images, pages that answer with an error, and redirects that send visitors to another site.
- Uptime every 5 minutes; the site counts as down only after repeated failures and a check from a second location.
- Your domain and SSL certificate: we warn before either expires, even if the domain is registered outside HubSpot.

Confirm that the site is yours with a meta tag, a DNS record or Google Search Console. This turns on the form test.

A lot happens before you get a message. All of it is our own work.
A failed send or a missing email is confirmed by a second run 30 minutes later.
Tags are tracked page by page: you see which page lost which tag, and since when.
A page counts as broken only after a second failed check hours later — no false alarms at night.
Calm alerts: urgent ones at once, the rest in one digest every 15 minutes.

Do I need to connect my HubSpot account?
No. Up’n’Top checks your published pages from outside. It needs no HubSpot app, no private app token and no portal access.
Do you read contacts or form submissions in HubSpot?
No. We see only what visitors see. The form test sends one marked test request and checks that the email arrives in our test mailbox.
Will the test requests clutter my CRM?
The test runs only after you turn it on, and every request carries the “upntop test” marker, so you can filter it out.
Will the checks slow my site down?
No. We make at most 2 requests per second, one at a time, and back off when your server asks us to.
